■MATERIAL Consideration for materials and the environment

The leather used at Organic Handloom is made from raw skin, which is a by-product of meat. We choose natural vegetable tanning and a leather manufacturing process that places as little burden on the environment as possible, and we use leather purchased from tanneries in Japan that have strict environmental considerations and manufacturing controls.

・Oil leather
A long-established leather wholesaler that has been in business for about 100 years is particular about making all JAPAN MADE leather, from raw leather to processing. Add fat to saturation for a moist texture. It will age gracefully over time.

*Natural materials such as leather may have different textures or uneven colors. *Although we do our best to make the product photos as close to the actual color as possible, the color may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, etc.

If you would like to return or exchange a size due to your own reasons, such as an order error or a different size, we will only accept returns or exchanges if certain conditions (※) are met.

*We can only accept returns and size exchanges if the following conditions are met.
- Products that are not used outdoors within 10 days of product arrival and have not been damaged, stained, or processed or repaired
- Boxes, packaging, accessories, tags, etc. damaged or dirty
・Unlost products・Return to us in advance
・Products that we have been contacted to request a size exchange

1. Please contact us with the following information. After confirming the contents, we will inform you of the return address.

・Product name and size you wish to return
・Size you wish to exchange
・Address of exchange items

2. Please send the returned item
*Products sent without prior notice will not be available.
*Please refrain from affixing the shipping slip directly to the shoe box.

3. Arrival confirmation and replacement items will be shipped. After confirming the arrival of the item, we will ship the replacement items.
After shipment, we will inform you of your package information, so please wait a little while until it arrives.
