■MATERIAL

The leather used at Organic Handloom is made from raw skin, which is a by-product of meat.
We choose natural vegetable tanning and leather manufacturing processes that place as little burden on the environment as possible.
We use leather purchased from tanneries in Japan that are environmentally friendly and have strict manufacturing controls.

・Brushed leather
Brushed leather, developed through Japanese craftsmanship, is a special material that creates deep color changes by layering shades on the surface of the leather and finishing with brushes or felt.

It is a uniquely Japanese development of techniques originating from Europe and America, and is also called advanced leather, and has an attractive antique-like depth.

*Natural materials such as leather may have different textures or uneven colors.
*Color may fade due to water, friction, sweat, etc., and color may transfer to socks, clothing, etc.
*Although we do our best to ensure that the product photos are as close to the actual color as possible, the color may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, etc.

If you would like to return or exchange a size due to your own reasons, such as an order error or a different size, we will only accept returns or exchanges if certain conditions (※) are met.

*We can only accept returns and size exchanges if the following conditions are met.
- Products that are not used outdoors within 10 days of product arrival and have not been damaged, stained, or processed or repaired
- Boxes, packaging, accessories, tags, etc. damaged or dirty

・Product name and size you wish to return
・Size you wish to exchange
・Address of exchange items

2. Please send the returned item
*Products sent without prior notice will not be available.
*Please refrain from affixing the shipping slip directly to the shoe box.

3. Arrival confirmation and replacement items will be shipped. After confirming the arrival of the item, we will ship the replacement items.
After shipment, we will inform you of your package information, so please wait a little while until it arrives.
